Artist Statement

Inspired by the beauty of flowers, I love to capture these forms using watercolors, pastels, or just about any other art media. Although flowers are my first love, I enjoy painting all subjects. Sometimes my interpretations are abstract and sometimes more realistic, but I am always trying to express an appreciation of the beauty of God’s creation.  Painting excites me. I hope my paintings will give the viewer pleasure.
